My five-year-old niece could do a better job painting my nails. I'm not sure how these individuals were certified to work at the nail salon.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. Not only did they perform poorly on my nails, leaving them resembling giant nails themselves, but I also had to make a return visit to rectify the mess they created. Despite paying $62 and investing 4 hours of my time, they acknowledged their mistake. Overall, it was a complete letdown and a waste of money. I strongly advise against patronizing this nail salon.

Horrible customer service! I was going to pay a tip cash so I paid for my service with card and was to pay a tip cash. This lady has the nerve to demand a tip!!!! And they did a horrible job Do NOT GO HERE!!

I got my nails done and they were so bumpy and the color didn’t even look the same. Most of the nails were crooked. The lady was also complaining most of the time while she was doing them. So fragile and they don’t last.

This IS the place for the BEST pedicure ! Ask for Mona and you won’t be disappointed! They are professional and don’t upsell you . I went once and I’ve been hooked ever since . I got the special pedicure package and worth every cent ! The $45 pedicure includes 15 mins massage Including Hot stone and cleaning and cutting . I had so much dead skin shaved off I was embarrassed for myself 😂. They open late till 8 pm . Highly recommend this place . Massage chairs work to relax your back while you get pampered. Bring a book and relax while you get pampered today !

The ladies were so patient, kind, and attentive! This place is my favorite! It’s clean and hygienic too which is even more important with COVID. They are very gentle and sweet. They have nice relaxing music in the background. Would definitely recommend coming here!! I had the Dip powder for my hands and pedicure for my feet.

I had two very sweet, hospitable ladies working on my hands and feet. I was late (totally my fault) and they never acted upset or rude about it! Plus they gave a really beautiful manicure and pedicure with a massage for my hands and feet! I felt so bad for keeping them late AND they did such great work i tipped them each well. I will be going back to this salon for sure!

I read the Mixed reviews & was nervous. However I had an amazing experience! This was the best Mani Pedi I have ever had!! They took extra care with my cuticles, did a Perfect flawless job on my nails, it was clean & the massage was amazing! I will be back with my daughters! I am sending my daughter later !! Thank you ladies!

Usualy these women are nice, hard working so I had gone there few times. Tonight it did not go so well, this one lady who did my toes clip the side of my cuticle it made my jump and bleed. Later my toe nail got ruined and she screamed and refused to redo it. She put clear polish which came off later on as I put on my shoe. Not coming back. I recommend Sofia , she speaks English.

Would give no stars but we all know we have to give at least one to leave a review!!! Place was REALLY DIRTY... and I wanted to relax and enjoy my services and they were talking SO LOUD that I felt like I was in a club!!! And they tried to charge me more for a Groupon deal!!! Their attitudes are horrendous!!! I walked out. They wont get my money!!! I also think its VERY disrespectful that they all speak English but sit around and speak a language NONE of their customers understand!!! I wouldn't let them do my nails for free...

Came in today with my sister and they did an awesome job. The staff was super nice. They have a bunch of colors for variation. I picked a shellac color for my hand nails and a regular color for my toe nails and I was able to pair them as close of a color as possible. Will defined be returning. Oh, and the chairs do have massage.

Went in with my husband for a foot/body massage. My husband had Suzie for his massage and he cannot stop raving about how good of a job she did! He said it was one of the best massages he has had!

Worse experience EVER!!!!! The lady kept stopping while doing my nails to help customers on the phone and handle receipts.. I ask for square nails and she made them round and shorter😡😡😡 it takes me forever to get my nails that long. And after all of that she dares ask me for a tip Don’t come here!!! They’re horrible

I will never go back to this place. Total waste of money. I got my shellac manicure done, and the colors got peeled off by themselves with in a week. Regular nail polish that I apply myself at home will last at least 2weeks without any damage. Very poor service, And poor quality nail colors they use. I got my pedicure done on the same day as well, she didn’t even clean my toes properly, As they literally want to rush and push out the customers. The nail color got peeled off as well just within 4 days. Very bad experience. Total waste of money. Will never go back to this place.

If I could, I would give the salon zero stars. I went to get my nails done this past Tuesday and they started to discolor. I came in when they opened and asked if I could get a new set since they got discolored. They said I would have to pay full price. I thought that was very rude. My nails were brownish white when they were Snow White on Tuesday. She explained they discolor. I then expressed “Not after five days”. She then told me I could full price or take them off. I was so frustrated and told her just to take them off. After I sat down, the tech NEXT TO ME STARTS TO TALK ABOUT ME and explaining that white gel discolors after a certain amount of time. I felt so belittled. If you are going to talk about me, wait to I leave the salon. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING.

Took our cousin there for her birthday. They got the color wrong after we gave them the number. Then when we asked if they could fix it, they told us it would cost 5 dollars to fix it. Like what? It's really hot in there, your odds of getting the right color seems to be slim.

(I was pleasantly surprised at the Groupon deal in place now for regular mani/pedi or gel!) The salon is clean and comfortable. Mona was lovely and her work professional, as was Aimee -both are very good! I’m so picky how I like my nails and they surpassed my hopes/expectations. I like this salon so much that I will visit again and tell all my coworkers and friends. Wonderful experience! Thanks ladies!

Very nice employees. Large facility with TVs very busy. You get your money worth when you go here. Your nails Nexgen will last for at least three to four weeks and will look great. They know what they are doing!!! You can get a cold beverage while they work and when finished you get a hand massage. Hand massage the greatest gift ever!!!😁

I must say this is the worse nail place ever I don't know how they stay in business. They don't speak or greet customers, also my friend and I sat at the pedicure chair in water for over an hour and the water got cold. We made an appt and still didn't get seen on time. They just walk around without saying a word. They pick and chose who they want to treat first. I saw them bring a customer water and didn't offer us anything. Customer service is not at it's finest here. They don't use new tools for the toes or nails we had to ask them to get new items smh. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE AND WE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.

Worst experience ever. A friend was visiting Texas and I thought it would be nice getting manicures and pedicures together. We went for the basic ones, so I knew we couldn't expect much, but the service was awful. It seemed like they were overbooked and a lot of people waiting, only 2 ladies working. We had one lady each, me and my friend, and they both kept standing up a lot, our pedicure was done in 20-25 minutes including the polish. The one that did my pedicure and manicure was very rude, she was sick or something and she was coughing a lot almost in my face, she kept throwing everything and everything was falling from her hands because she was just not in the mood of doing it. She filed my nails with a nail file that was used before with someone else and she didn't clean it, it had white stains from filing someone else. I do pedicures and manicures so I know when something is not clean and I know what seems good and wrong, I just wanted to do something special for my friend and wanted to relax because it is not the same if you do it yourself. She also pulled my cuticles so hard that almost all my fingers were hurting after, my nails were filed so bad and they were crooked. Not worth the experience, and definitely not coming back. Not recommended.

After I got a pedicure here I received an infection in my toe. I have been the doctor and have had to receive three different antibiotics to clear the infection. I do recommend going here for mani/pedi.

I’ve been to a good many nail salons. I have NEVER had a foot massage and pedi like they do it and for such a reasonable price! Ask for Suzie because she’s the one that did mine! She’s awesome!

Ana is the BEST! The staff is very nice and work hard to give you a pleasant experience and great results on your nails. I get mani/pedi shellac and they last me 3-4 weeks, depending on what I do with my hands during that time..

I had a great experience. Usually when I polish my fingernails they strip off within a day or two, I was pleasantly surprised that my polish lasted for 1 wk even with frequent handwashing at work. My pedicure is still looking good after 3wks! Great ladies, I'll visit again soon.

Terrible...I just went in to have a simple nail polish change. The nail polish on my big toe was clumpy and nail polish residue was left around my both of my big toes. I told the lady that I didn't like it. She got upset, said a few words in another language and walked off...She didn't even ask what I didn't like. It looks like a child painted my big toes...too dissappointed...They do not care about what the customer wants at all...I will never return...

Had an appt. Ladies were really nice, immediately started on me. 1 doing pedi while another did my nails. Almost done and some male regular came in and pedi girl put my feet in the paraffin wax and they both left me to tend to the man. After 20 minutes I asked if they could take my feet out of the bags. 15 minutes later I just did it myself and told them I was leaving. THEN one of the ladies left him to finish painting my toenails. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my toenails painted... absolutely ridiculous. Will never be going here again!

I purchased two groupons, one as gift, for manicure and pedicure. I called and made an appointment and it was a terrible experience. I had a wedding event the next day and really needed my nails done. On arrival the building was hot and muggy. There was no background music or refreshments. The business phone kept ringing nonstop which defeated the purpose of relaxing. We waited an hour past our appointment time before we were even touched. There were a total of3 technicians on a Friday night. The technician started my pedicure and just walked off and never came back to finish my pedicure. I sat there with my friend who still hadn’t been helped for another 20 mins. We finally ran out of time and the technicians refused to make it right and instructed us to get our refund from Groupon. I couldn’t believe it. It was a nightmare. I had to rush over to another nail salon to get service before the big wedding. Don’t waste your time or money!
